Get involved in our French-speaking and Francophile community! Experience volunteering in French and assist us in organizing a wide range of educational, cultural, and social activities.
Our volunteer community is open to everyone, regardless of your level of French. Develop new skills and experience a rewarding and meaningful experience with our team and members.
AFV is the number 1 French ressource center in British Columbia.
Help us with organizing the library (arranging books, comics, magazines, DVDs, and CDs in order and uniformity) and setting up its related activities (board game nights, activities with children, etc.)
AFV organizes over 200 events each year, welcoming over 6000 attendees.
Join us in event coordination (welcoming the public, assisting artists) and setup (setting up and dismantling the space, helping with promotion, etc.) for our one-time events.
AFV delivers over 14,000 hours of classes per year.
Be an essential support to our teachers during our summer camps (assisting in the preparation of educational and playful activities,
supervising students during indoor and outdoor activities) and help us strengthen the language skills of our students while enhancing your
own.
