At Alliance Française, we are specialized in children French classes. Early learning of languages is a key factor in improving learning acquisition skills to progress steadily in other subjects at school. We prepare kids to keep up or go beyond their French programs at school, to acquire the knowledge for entering the best programs.
Our classes are available afterschool at 4pm or on weekends. Each class is 2 hours long with a small break time after 1 hour.
We use the Cap Sur method, édition Maison des Langues, a very dynamic textbook split in 3 levels, especially designed for children 8 to 10/11 years old with lots of contents, grammar, vocabulary and tools (integrated preparation for the DELF Prim', audio CD, grammar rules explained for children, etc.). This textbook enhances the development of communication skills, both oral and written.
At the end of each session, teachers assess students and parents receive a certificate of achievement.
If your child reached an advanced level of French (A2.1 level) or is enrolled in a French immersion school in Vancouver, then they should enroll in our new program for kids with advanced French skills.
