In collaboration with the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival and the Consulate General of France in Vancouver, Alliance Française Vancouver is
thrilled to announce the inaugural edition of BD à BC: French Comics Come West this October 12-17, 2021!
Focused entirely on French comics creators from both Canada and Europe, BD à BC will bring a wide variety of online programming to our
attendees—from live and pre-recorded workshops and interviews, podcasts, written interviews and more, BD à BC will have
something for everyone!
To mark the launch of our festival, we have brought together two amazing artists to represent the ideal in a collaborative poster, Madeline
Berger and Pierre Maurel!
