Bside Radio will also be playing at The Beaumont Studios!

Bside Radio is the online community radio station of The Beaumont Studios Artist Society. It is a meeting and performance space, with loading bay doors open onto 5th avenue, next to The Beaumont main entrance. Everyone's welcome!

When and where is the event?

Friday, June 21st at The Beaumont Studios - 326 W 5th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1H5.

Please note that this event does not take place at Alliance Française Vancouver.

How do I get to The Beaumont Studios?

- There is ample paid parking in the vicinity.

- The venue is easily accessible by public transportation, we strongly encourage all visitors to consider this option (By Bus: 9, 15, 17, 84, 99 | By Canada Line: Olympic Village | By Bike: There are Mobi bike stations in the vicinity)

Is there an admission fee and do I need to register?

This is a free event without registration. The event will be on a first-come first-served basis.
People who register on this page will only be registered to receive event updates and practical info.

What is the schedule?

Is it an all-ages event?

Yes, everybody is welcome. However, minors below 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Can I leave and come back during the event?

Feel free to enter and exit as you please, but keep in mind that the venue has a limited capacity.

Is the venue accessible?

The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Can I buy food/drinks there?

Yes! Beaumont will have a bar open with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
You will be able to buy Crêpes from 4:30pm by Vancouver-based company Le Petit Atelier.
Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Is the event pet-friendly?

No. As much as we love animals, we are unfortunately unable to accept them on site for reasons of safety and comfort, for both the public and your pets.

How many artists are performing?

Six concerts will be on stage from 5pm to 11pm.

Will the event be streamed?

This is an in-person event, the performances will not be streamed. However, we will share an after-movie following the event.

What about the weather?

The first concerts will be held outside. If the sun is shining, it's a good idea to bring hats and make sure you stay hydrated. But if it happens to rain, no worries! The shows will be moved indoors.
